Informational Workshops for Families

We know that many families are overwhelmed trying to navigate local, state, and federal systems that benefit their loved ones. Integrated Community Solutions (ICS) plans to organize and present informational workshops in-person or online (or hybrid) initially on a quarterly basis. We may develop our own content, but likely would utilize community partners.

Current Schedule of Informational Workshops:

  • Governmental Benefits Planning (To be held in-person on September 22, 2022 at 6:00PM at the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 4691 Windfall Rd, Medina, OH 44256; email info@ics-oh.org to register) - Presented by Lewis E. Bennett, III (Trey), Stark & Knoll, Co., L.P.A. Trey is an attorney and the Group Chair for Stark & Knoll’s Estate Planning and Probate Administration Group, and, as part of his practice, focuses on special needs planning for individuals and families. His session will cover Social Security (including SSI, SSDI, and SSDAC), Medicaid benefits, and Medicare benefits for individuals with special needs.
